The Shanghai International Catering Takeaway Packaging Exhibition (SCTPE 2025) was successfully held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from August 13-15, 2025. 541 renowned exhibitors showcased over 1,000 innovative catering takeaway packaging products and related materials across 50,000 square meters across over 100 categories. The three-day event attracted 57,398 visitors, primarily from Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, including the United States, Japan, South Korea, Russia, India, Vietnam, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Mexico, Bangladesh, the Netherlands, Brazil, Chile, Dubai, and South Africa. Domestic visitors primarily came from East, South, Central, and North China, representing 28 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions, including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Fujian, Hebei, Anhui, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Beijing, Tianjin, and Guangxi. Over 80% of exhibitors expressed great satisfaction, citing the high quality of the visitors and the professionalism of the exhibition, and expressed their willingness to return to the next edition. High-end innovative food and beverage packaging and green, environmentally friendly new materials were two of the highlights of this year's exhibition.
