The organizer (Hexin Exhibition) reviews the exhibition application
After receiving the exhibition application contract form from the applicant, the organizer of Shanghai International Catering Takeaway Packaging Exhibition will forward it to the sales manager. After the sales manager reviews and approves it, the project director will sign and stamp it. The stamped receipt will then be sent to the applicant by the sales representative.

5.
Exhibitors pay exhibition fees
The principle of booth allocation is: "first apply, first pay, first arrange". After the exhibitor receives the exhibition application receipt form, it means that the booth order is successful. The exhibitor must pay the exhibition fee within three working days. Please fax or scan the payment receipt to the organizer, Hexin Company.

6.
The organizer emails the exhibitor manual to the exhibitors
After the exhibitors have paid their exhibition fees, the organizer, Hexin Exhibition, will send the "Exhibitor Manual" to the exhibitors one month before the exhibition. Exhibitors are kindly requested to refer to the Exhibitor Manual for information on transportation routes, travel accommodation, entry permits, exhibition equipment rental, and exhibition setup, exhibition, and dismantling during the exhibition period.

7.
Exhibitors set up booths, exhibit and dismantle their booths
SCTPE 2026 setup period: May 31 - June 1, 2026; exhibition period: June 2 - 4, 2026; and dismantling period: June 4, 2026, after 3:00 PM. Exhibitors are kindly requested to pay attention to their schedule and plan their itinerary in advance. For assistance during the exhibition, please visit the organizer's office.

8.
Online display one year after the exhibition
After the exhibition, the organizers of the Shanghai International Catering Takeaway Packaging Exhibition will provide all exhibitors with a full year of free online publicity. The publicity channels include the official website of the exhibition, the official WeChat public account, self-media platforms, etc., and nearly 100 cooperative media outlets will reprint it simultaneously.
